Service and maintenance

Our equipment are repaired AND MAINTAINED BY OUR SERVICE ENGINEERS WHO ARE CONTINUOUSLY TRAINED BY THE MANUFACTURERS AND HAVE DECADES OF EXPERIENCE.

If needed, our shortest response time is 4 hours within notification in the area of Budapest, including national holidays or notices given at night time. Maintenance and repairs may be performed only by service-technicians or service engineers having an OAH license, and technicians who were trained by the manufacturer.

Warranty

 

 

All the equipment we sell comes with a comprehensive warranty of at least 12 months, within which we replace any defective parts or fix any technical problems that may arise.

Being highly reliable, our equipment requires repairs infrequently, nevertheless it is reassuring to know that the teams of both the manufacturers and of ZNZ are available.

Troubleshooting and repairs will commence within 72 hours of receiving a report of the defect. Naturally we are able to offer a shorter response time of as little as within four hours if requested.

Maintenance

 

 

After the installation we offer a “maintenance and repair contract” to our clients, within which we perform corrective and periodic preventive maintenance every 6 or 12 months depending on the usage and operation circumstances of the equipment.

This helps to prevent breakdowns caused by wear and tear, to increase lifetime of the machine and to avoid unplanned expensive service costs.

To ensure the efficient operation of the equipment periodic revision, cleaning and adjusments are recommended of certain components and functions.

Ad hoc repairs

 

 

You will not be let down even if the warranty period is over, and there is no valid maintenance and repair contract in place. In such cases, we will send you a quote based on the error report received by e-mail or phone, or, if it is possible to detect the issue by phone, we will give you a quote on the repairs and any parts that need to be replaced, right away.

Service and maintenance

Preventive maintenance is carried out on our equipment that was installed by us within the warranty period and beyond it, either under a separate contract or on a case-by-case basis.

The maintenance is full in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications at 3, 6 or 12 months intervals depending on the equipment’s usage time and load.

The maintenance due time of the equipment is recorded and checked by us, and our clients are notified in time.
