Troubleshooting and repairs will commence within 72 hours of receiving a report of the defect. Naturally we are able to offer a shorter response time of as little as within four hours if requested.<\/p>\n

This helps to prevent breakdowns caused by wear and tear, to increase lifetime of the machine and to avoid unplanned expensive service costs.<\/p>\n

To ensure the efficient operation of the equipment periodic revision, cleaning and adjusments are recommended of certain components and functions.<\/p>\n

The maintenance is full in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications at 3, 6 or 12 months intervals<\/strong> depending on the equipment’s usage time and load.<\/p>\n

The maintenance due time of the equipment is recorded and checked by us, and our clients are notified in time.<\/p>\n
